By using ZapDrop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. ZapDrop is operated by DaSecure Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

ZapDrop provides a file transfer service that allows users to send files between devices using end-to-end encryption. The service includes mobile applications and a web interface.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ZapDrop to:

  • Transfer illegal content or materials
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Overload or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you transfer and ensuring you have the right to share them. ZapDrop does not monitor, review, or store the content of your transfers.

5. Privacy

Your use of ZapDrop is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or have access to the files you transfer.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ZapDrop may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASECURE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
